Rarish ("the game") is operated by Jack Fishwick. By using the game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Rarish is a free daily puzzle game provided for entertainment. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.
Please play fairly. You agree not to: use bots, scripts, or automated means to submit answers or enumerate the answer space; attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the service; or use the game for any unlawful purpose.
By submitting an answer you allow us to include it in the game's anonymous, aggregate results (for example, how many players gave the same answer). We do not publish answers in a way that identifies you.
The game, its design, and its original content are owned by the operator. Puzzle categories may refer to real-world subjects, including names that are trademarks of others (for example brands, films, or books). These are used descriptively for trivia only. Rarish is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those owners, and no trademark logos are used.
Answer sets are compiled from public reference sources and checked for accuracy, but we make no warranty that every answer set is complete or error-free. If you spot a mistake, please let us know.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The game is intended for a general audience. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before playing.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
